The program in mental health counseling accepts students with a baccalaureate degree and an interest in a career in mental health couseling, case management, psychotherapy and psychopharmacologic consultation.
The Master of Psychology (MPsy) program prepares the learner to sit for the NBCC exam in mental health counseling and subsequent practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
The Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in clinical psychopharmacology is open to licensed mental health professionals who complete a minimum of 90 graduate credits with 30 in the psychopharmacology studies.
Both the MPsy and PsyD degrees have a requirement for supervised clinical field experience (500 hours).
