City University of San Francisco (CUSF) assures its students of its voluntary intent to meet the standards originally established by the California Bureau of Private Post-Secondary and Vocational Education (BPPVE). [Note: the Bureau ceased to exist as of July 1, 2007. Legislative efforts to revive the agency were defeated when Gov. Schwazenegger vetoed Senate Bill 823 on September 30, 2008.]. The new BPPVE (estbalished Jan 1, 2010) has not yet reviewed the CUSF application.
